That covers putting on your factory spare, mounting a new or used tire we bring, and getting your original wheel back on once it's fixed. We carry a proper floor jack, impact tools, and a torque wrench so the wheel goes back on to spec, not hand-tight.
Changing a tire on the shoulder is dangerous and most spares aren't meant for more than a short, slow trip. Having someone come out with real tools means the job gets done right and safely, and you're not crawling under your car in traffic or in the rain trying to find a jack point.
